Our SHE standards and guidelines; provide the necessary resources, trainings, education and measure performance for continuous improvement..

ENVIRONMENT POLICY

We measure our performance and encourage environmental best practice. Minimize pollution and other environmental impacts. Consider environmental issues into business decision-making. Rehabilitate sites to a usable landform on final closure. Strive to minimize Agile Infrastructure overall environment footprint.

DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY

AGILE'S is a Drug-Free Workplace. The use of Illegal Drugs and Alcohol is inconsistent with the behavior expected of employees.Such searches may include but are not limited to automobiles, tool boxes, lunch kits and purses, employee lockers, desks, or other property under the control of the employees. Refusal to permit a search may subject an employee to immediate discipline up to and including discharge. Searches and inspections will be performed with concern for the individual's privacy, dignity and confidentiality. Illegal substances, drugs, and other prohibited items discovered through these searches and inspections may result in law enforcement authorities being advised in this regard consistent with the law. TRAINING POLICY

It is the policy of M/s. AGILE INFRASTRUCTURE that safety education and training is anintegral part of our safety program.ØEnsure that every employee joining our organization undergoes safety induction training. ØEvery employee is trained and equipped with skills so as to perform the work activities safely.ØOn-the-job training in safe work procedures.

SAFETY FOR BODY, HAND AND LIMB PROTECTION

Long trousers and long sleeved shirts (no "muscle shirts" shorts etc) will be worn at all times. Gloves shall be worn by workers at all times. Gloves shall be of the correct type, style, material etc., To adequately mitigate hazards. Leather jackets / apron and chaps (leather limb protection) (or equivalent fire-resistant material) will be worn for protection during welding other hot processes.Heavy equipment operators within enclosed cabins are exempt from wearing hard hats while operating, but enforced when the operator leaves the cabin. Confirming hard hats and liners shall be worn in compliance with all manufacturers' recommendations.The level of this electrical protection will be determined as per the intensity of probable flashes.
